The project has a simple and strong vision, integrating functionality, aesthetics and sustainability. It aims to give the M15 building a large-scale and sustainable identity that is part of the coherence and overall ecosystem of the Campus.

The envelope, a major theme of this intervention, refers to the intrinsic culture of the Biotech Campus and the existing structures where the combination of metal and glass are predominant and come together harmoniously to withstand time.

While remaining in the context of the Sécheron district and its industrial history, the idea is to «give it a new look» by completely replacing today’s dilapidated facades with a new transparent envelope ordered by a balanced rhythm.

The composition of the facades clearly expresses the various uses of the program.
