All projectsLocated in the heart of Martigny, this residence of private flats is a work of contemporary architecture that subtly interacts with its urban surroundings. This large-scale architectural project combines contemporary aesthetics with environmental requirements, offering a unique residential experience.
The project comprises 14 exceptional flats, designed to meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of its future residents, where every space has been designed to maximise natural light and offer a sense of grandeur. Two luxurious 6.5-room maisonettes crown the building, like urban belvederes offering panoramic views and an exclusive living experience infused with natural light.
The large covered terraces, the centrepiece of this residence, naturally extend the interior living spaces outwards. Sustainability is expressed through every technical choice, starting with the triple-glazed windows. This thermal envelope also contributes to the ecological dimension of the project, reducing energy consumption while ensuring impeccable acoustic comfort.
At the heart of this architecture, the dual-flow ventilation system ensures optimum air quality, essential for a healthy environment. This technology contributes to overall comfort while reducing the carbon footprint, preserving both the well-being of occupants and the durability of materials.
District heating, the cornerstone of Martigny's energy system for over 40 years, anchors the building in an eco-responsible approach. Supplied by wood chips from local forests, it ensures cost stability while contributing to the local energy transition. This sustainable solution meets the requirements of the Minergie label, guaranteeing uncompromising energy performance.
