Résidence Rosalp

All projects

In the past, the project site was home to the Rosalp Hotel, a Relais & Château with a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant run by the famous chef Roland Pierroz. In February 2007, the hotel was sold to private investors.

The new Chalet Rosalp, built in place of the old hotel, is set in an exceptional, privileged location in the centre of the Verbier resort. Benefiting from maximum sunshine, it dominates the valley facing the Mont-Blanc and Combins glaciers.

This project, inspired by rural mountain architecture, aims to reinterpret the architecture and features of the old refuges, barns and mazots in a village setting that reflects romanticism and nostalgia. The building comprises a base in natural local stone, housing commercial areas and a restaurant. The upper floors, with their axe-cut old wood shells and larch balcony frames, house 3 duplex flats.
