Les Bellerives in Paudex is located on the shores of Lake Geneva, just opposite the marina. A pedestrian walkway separates the ground-floor gardens from the lakeside. This complex of 2 buildings is set in an exceptional and privileged location.

All the flats have large sliding glass windows with black coloured anodised aluminium uprights. The cross-flow flat layouts feature a central day space with the night rooms arranged around the perimeter, with indirect light coming in through the patios.

The shell is made of ‘prefabricated’ panels in white concrete composed of Carrara stone granules ‘framed’ by champagne-coloured aluminium frames.
