For this residential development on Rue de Vétroz, close to all amenities and the Plan-Conthey school, the project was built on an elongated plot. The idea was to play with the atypical dimensions and constraints of the plot to maximise its potential.

So we designed stepped flats. Most of the 8 flats have south-facing terraces measuring 45 m2 and the best possible exposure. The dominant straight line, with volumes juxtaposed under a gabled roof, blends naturally into the neighbourhood.
