CP GROUPE has been chosen to transform and renovate a villa on the Costa Smeralda coastline at Porto Cervo Marina. Located in the north-east of Sardinia, the Costa Smeralda takes its name from the captivating colour of its waters and its rocky beaches. To recreate the true paradise of this stretch of coastline, we designed a Villa that is all curves, using stones and large rocks to support the majestic pergolas. The emerald waters of the pool are reminiscent of the coastal lagoons.

In keeping with the beauty and authenticity of the Costa Smeralda, we designed the façade in local granite stone. Large, frameless sliding windows in Sky-Frame aluminium make for extraordinary architecture and, thanks to the threshold-free passageway, create a feeling of boundless space between inside and out, with spectacular views of the sea on one side and the red rock face on the other.
